The plot is just outrageous from the start, and gets worse as it goes on. This movie could have possibly been enjoyable if it was not a continuation of Ring. I regret watching. The biggest problem with this movie is that it isn't scary at all and hardly even attempts to be.
This was stupid. Out of all of the ring movies from both the Japanese and American versions, this is by far the worst one. (There are some really obscure ones that I haven't seen but I'm not going to go out of my way to find those. Apparently, there's like 14 ring movies in total) The best ones are Ringu, Ringu 0, The Ring and Rings. The rest are either forgettable or garbage. Ringu 2 and The Ring 2 are both forgettable and not that great. This one is the worst though. It tries to be different and add something new to the story, but it tries too hard, and it feels like bad fan fiction. It's also not scary. Don't watch this crap. It's more of a love story/romance movie and is a far cry from the excellent Ringu movie that came before it. No wonder this didn't do well.
this film doesn't look scary at all, it's both boring and a huge waste!
Bad sequel to The Ring, which expands on the first via really bad lore. Nothing new if you've seen the American remake, and I don't remember the good things about original (great cinematography, and sense of tension that lies on the boundary of normal reality and the surreal) being in this one.
still to boring.
