Too awkward, weird acting, my wife and I turned it off and switched to something else
Enjoyable to watch but not much horror. Has nice dramatic tension and a fun story with some good characters and acting (but also some not so good characters and acting). Made me laugh a couple of times which surprised me because I thought the comedy looked really really bad from the trailer.
Good watch, I saw the "twist" coming a mile away, i guess it wasn't really a twist? Nice little touch at the end with the record playing. Its one of those "Oh, I kind of like the villains because they're more interesting than the protagonists" type of movies. Good production value, acting not bad, fun little after work watch. More of a mystery instead of a horror, but horrific things happen.
*spoilers* As much as I liked it. The ending was super predictable. What would’ve been more cool is if there just so happened to be the real twins on the loose and the couple just being an excited couple who loved their true crime a little too much, hence why they lived near there. Also the three way proposal as weird as it was was kinda strange. Like what if the main husband took them up on that. What would’ve happened?
The villians really outshine all the other actors and make this movie worthwhile! I really loved the twist! But goodness, the husband and the wife's friend were super annoying, but I guess that was the point. xD I wish it was longer
