Two siblings investigate an urban legend while visiting their family’s summer home in this sickening Spanish found-footage flick. Christian and July explore true supernatural stories on their popular webseries. So when they head home to visit their mother, they decide to search for evidence of a vengeful ghost girl named Melinda who haunts their property. But when Christian teases the spirit, their dog turns up dead and their little brother goes missing. Is Melinda mad at being mocked? Or are there other, darker secrets the pair should focus on uncovering? (In Spanish with English Subtitles)

Very much an average 'found footage' film with all the traditional trimmings: shaky camera work, lots of reacting to things that are slightly off-screen or badly framed. But as I say: many of the hallmarks of the genre, take it or leave it. Atrocious builds up some genuine feelings of dread and you find yourself in several places on the edge of your seat waiting for the jump-scare to drop (it may or may not). Overall, it dragged a little in places and the ending, while certainly a 'twist' feels rather unearned and the film fails to break any new ground in the genre.
A little slow, but good twist at the end. Very graphic in a disturbing way~
This was enjoyable for a found footage movie, mostly because I didn't know what to expect for most of it and when things were getting crazy, I still didn't really know what was going on or how it was going to end.
Not bad. I wish I spoke Spanish so I didn’t have to read the Cc
