Not as crap as I thought... The Nightmare On Elm Street franchise started out as horror but winded being more comedy/action than anything else. This is a good ending. Took me this long to see it and leave a review the day before Shudder pulls it. RIP in peace Mr Krueger and Mr Craven

They really, really stopped caring this time around, but I dug the use of a Powerglove and the Alice Cooper cameo.

First nightmare I saw in theatres and I still love it, goofiness and all. Robert Englund is always great. I do wish Freddy got a better send off, but I still love this whacky installment in the series.

Oof. Freddy’s been castrated in this one. What made him scary is a distant memory here. It was like I was watching a Loony Tunes cartoon at times. I suppose it was the logical next entry in an ever declining series. I like to leave something positive in a review, because I understand that making a movie isn’t easy and this won’t be an exception. The Freddy backstory scenes were a nice touch.
