Three young women are tormented by an insane matriarch and her depraved sons in this cult-horror favorite by Charles Kaufman, brother of Troma Entertainment's Lloyd Kaufman who also distributed the film. When three beautiful young women set out for a relaxing weekend retreat in the woods, they unwittingly stumble upon a sadistic band of backwoods yokels. Taken prisoner by the effed-up family, the women are forced to fight back using anything they can get their hands on to overpower the sons and hopefully survive the holiday from hell. Contains strong language, sexual scenes, violence and gore.

This movie win on the merit of influence. Whenever you approach a horror film you can either have an open mind or at least be old enough to remember . This is yet another film I imagine Rob Zombie came across when he did House of 1000 Corpses. No it's not a copy nor is this a copy of Last house on the Left. It's a trip that's what a horror movie is. I'm 46 so I gravitate towards these grindhouse type flicks because I used to fall asleep reading a Johnson Smith company Catalog. If you like late 70's early 80's shock this is for you. If you like Rob Zombie perhaps this will titillate your horror senses as well.
It's from Troma, but don't let that put you off. This is a great satirical horror film from a classic era of exploitation. You can tell that Lloyd had nothing to with it.
Good movie! Loved that they got revenge
Off its tits exploitation...hilarious in parts and thoroughly entertaining
