Very good creature feature. I really enjoyed it, more than I thought I would. Definitely worth a watch.

A fun monster movie, but don't expect much of a plot. CGI wasn't very good, but they had some decent practical effects that were gross enough to make up for it. Lance Henriksen, as always, was great.

Fun, near pitch perfect tone for a creature feature, and some great sight gags. Lance Henriksen delivers well, and the protagonist, especially the fella, manage to win empathy, a tough thing to manage in this sort of B-flick fare. The German shooting location works well, make those limited dollars count, and the wasps have loads of practical effects and slimy bits to thankfully not feel like cheap CGI slop. Not a deep film likely to make any lasting impressions, but solidly entertaining for a lazy evening’s watch.

Very entertaining. The practical effects are well done and the CGI for the most part is well used in low-light or other areas where the lower budget doesn't cause the film to suffer. The comedy was well done and Lance Henriksen really carries the film.
