In all honesty this is one of my favourite films of all time. The practical effects are hilarious and very creative. The soundtrack is to die for...man I could go on forever. Watch this movie!!!

This is my third time watching this movie and I still love it as much as ever--there is nothing bad to say about it. Great retro 80s feel with a good amount of gore and awesome soundtrack. Apple is just the greatest character.

Considering the genre of film to which Turbo Kid pays tribute, the characters are appropriately shallow and fit all the right cliches. The gore starts strong and may have outdone Peter Jackson's "Dead Alive" by the end. Definitely worth a repeat watch!
