Blood from the Mummy's Tomb
Directed by Seth Holt
An archaeologist’s daughter is possessed by the spirit of an evil Egyptian princess in the final entry in Hammer’s popular series of mummy movies. When Professor Fuchs (Andrew Keir) sets out to find the tomb of Tera (Valerie Leon), he’s not expecting to find her body intact. But bringing her home turns out to be a big mistake, when his daughter Margaret’s (also Leon) mind starts being taken over by the wicked woman. With the help of a sinister devotee, Margaret sets out to awaken the princess and get revenge on those who desecrated her tomb - including dear old Dad!

i love all of the mummy movies
i love the whole mummy series
Yes, please.
Mummy movies usually bore me, but this one kept my interest. A great deal of it had to do with Valerie Leon, who played both Margaret and Tara – although with the latter all she had to do was lay there. Really liked how she embraced "the power" and became more and more bold as the movie went on. The rest of the cast – essentially the group of men who found Tara’s casket and body – were great as they cowered in fear every time Margaret came calling. Hammer really toned down the usual exposed skin in this one, but didn’t lose the lurid factor one iota. There is plenty of blood, and Margaret’s heaving chest… lol… heaves a lot. The story, based on a Bram Stoker novel, is solid.
It was alright. There isn't really much to say about it.
