Original, disturbing, strange and beautiful. A great film to spend your time on.

A movie in it’s own category. I loved every second of it. Very well done, cast superb, the story is fascinating, informative and quite relative. I will gladly watch it again !!

Why must things be qualified in such narrow boxes--is this horror or not--who cares when the end product is just this damn good and fully fleshed out. Unlike LET THE RIGHT ONE IN there is no way Hollywood will remake this, hell if they even tried it would be a soft outsider pandering mess. This movie is sublime dark storytelling that you cannot be prepared for. A must watch.

As others have said, while much of what happens in 'Border' is horrifying, and while it certainly has dark fairytale trappings, it lands more on the side of a dark crime drama than horror. Still, the story is incredibly compelling with some interesting potential for allegory hidden within. Our protagonist, 'Eva,' is a fabulously complex character with an arc that left me completely satisfied. Another great Swedish flick!
