The 1st 30 minutes are unwatchable dogshit.
Like another reviewer noted, the dialogue is so atrocious and does nothing to move the plot and only furthers your dislike of the characters. Skip the first half hour at least--it's a slog. I did enjoy the visual style and grimy Christmas vibe. Not a repeat viewing for me.

I honestly love the crazy bright colors, amazing soundtrack, and over-the-top violence of this movie. Annual Christmas watch
Dialogue sucks, especially the first 20 or so minutes. Rest was standard killer robot fair.
