The title and poster image don't do this movie justice, it's a quiet sci fi meditation on grief, existential depression, suicide and obsession. Don't go in expecting Reanimator or the Lazarus Effect or anything like that, it's more like The Discovery but spacious and bleak.
Yes I thought this was very thought provoking for our new age of AI technology.
Good movie idea! As the concept seems closer to reality than it should right now.
Very disconnected thriller of sorts. Great spin on Freudian structure of personality withe the ID, Ego and Superego. Some Cooley/Meade I/Me theory as well. Dark and slow. Tension builds nicely. Not a violet film on the traditional sense but violent in human nature. A good solid effort.
