seen almost every escape room themed film by now, this one is definitely on the lower end. Good for a laugh though
This is just as terrible as you'd expect it to be.
Meh. Not a bad way to waste 99minutes.
I'll round up my review from 2.5 to 3 stars. Our protagonists are just awful human beings. Liars and cheats. The only likeable people were sex crazed, but dumb. This is a nice entry into what appears to be a new subgenre of horror films I call "Escape Room horror". There is literally like 5 movies with this name. Think I've seen two, and this one was more memorable. I've also seen this twice, and it's enjoyable enough both times.
