I loved that Raimi made a reboot w/a fresh comedic approach than carbon copying the terrifying ( for then ) monstrous original. Which is still number 4 in my favorite horror film list. It's nice to click on this film instead of grabbing my DVD from the shelf. Thank you Shudder for having it available for this year's October 2024!
Bow to the king baby
One of the great comedy horror classics. Don't bother with part 1, as this is a better remake (not a sequel, despite being part 2). Watch this, and then go find Army of Darkness for the real sequel. You'll be glad you did.
