One of my favourite sci-fi movies of all time, but it's definitely not a horror movie? It's got tension and some creepy bits, and some bits are scary to imagine happening to you, but if you go into this expecting capital-H horror you're going to be disappointed, and that's a shame because this is an excellent film.

Surprised to see this on Shudder as it isn't a horror movie in the traditional sense but it's a phenomenal movie nonetheless. The performances are near-perfect and the story doesn't miss a beat. The visual effects are also incredibly strong.
