This is a fun one. Not least for the presence of the gardener, who resembles a developmentally disabled Donny Wahlberg.
Wack but fun
Surprisingly fun! I was expecting not to like this one too much from reading the reviews, but I really enjoyed it. Pretty light on the action & kills, more atmospheric slow tension and a gradual reveal of what's going on, but - the Psycho similarities are definitely on it.
The cat was the main star
The plot is predictable, the acting has a wholesome small town feel, the film is largely devoid of horror and yet I really enjoyed it!
