Interesting in parts, average.

Started off really good, then fell off the 2nd half with the annoying characters and acting.

This movie started out good, then took a nose dive. This film has so many issues: Eurocentric hero worship, neo-colonialism, and a predictable plot that drags on far too long. I am so glad it's over

Pretty decent watch if you are into things like the movie "Body Melt", or body horror in general. Practical effects were nice and squishy with juicy pokes and jabs. HOWEVER, I felt too bad for the main character and the resolve just wasn't satisfying. The end seems to come full circle with a little foreshadowing from the beginning. LOTS of themes in this one, including "bad things happen to good people", "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" so on and so forth. HAPPY WATCHING!
