Directed by Larry Fessenden
A grief-stricken alcoholic falls hard for a seductive woman who may be a vampire in the film that put cult indie horror director Larry Fessenden (WENDIGO, THE LAST WINTER) on the map. After his father dies and his girlfriend leaves him, Sam (Fessenden) hits up a Halloween party, where he meets the beautiful Anna. But as their relationship gets more intense, Sam realizes she may be not quite human. But is that a problem? Fessenden’s innovative low-budget horror paved the way for the directors of films like V/H/S and other low-fi fright films of today.

Really good. All you have to say to get me to watch is Larry Fessenden
This is one of my absolute favorites. It doesn't tell the typical hackneyed vampire story. It plays with the idea of, if there really were vampires, what would they be like. Another film like that is Thirty Days of Night.
It was slow and you can could really feel a 90's vibe to it, older than the actual date of when this movie came out. It was okay, but a scene in between the movie and at the end never made me understand why there were visions of it so that part was never fully explained.
Indie study of vampire mythos. Acting is rough and dialogue borders frequently between banal and ludicrous. Disappointing.
Horrible acting, extremely boring. Basically it sucked in more ways than one! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
