A little humorous & all together an awesome movie.
This movie gets 2 stars just for having the iconic Rowdy Roddy Piper in it alone. And I’ll throw in another star for the balls it took to make this movie. It’s 80 mins of fun, cheesy dystopian wasteland “entertainment”. Enjoy!
Not for me. Very boring and hackneyed. Watch Escape from LA or any other ‘80s apocalypse horror movie.
Roddy Piper of They Live fame, as a mad maxish macho man fighting killer mutant humanoid frogs in a post apocalyptic desert wasteland. Oh yea and there’s plenty of pointless nudity. This is one of the best bad movies ever made. It’s Classic must see cult film up there with, They Live and Cherry 2000.
Dude, it's all about the frog costumes. Hearing half a page of dialogue emanating from those frog faces being photographed with an almost earnest sincerity is priceless. Lots of good moments including ad libbed grunting/gesticulating on a bridge to a human prisoner...I don't know how else to describe it. Warm up the vaporizer.
