I do not understand what I’m missing, this movie is so bad. The characters are all unlikeable, the dialogue is so corny and none of the motives make sense. Maybe it’s just not made for me, but this was absolutely disappointing
Harry Potter sure gets into some strange situations after graduating from Hogwarts.
A good fantasy murder mystery thriller with a little horror twist
Not as great as everyone else makes it seem. Incredibly predictable and sometimes slipped into boring. Overall I think the story is okay, acting was phenomenal, and special effects tacky. I found the non-fantasy aspects were almost more fantastical than Daniel Radcliffe being a devil. Issues with tone throughout and I think the movie would've benefited from leaning more into dark comedy. Also disgusting how the movie treats the gay characters, being used only as a punchline and almost as gross-out humour as if to say "Wow, look at those weird gay cops, isn't that weird and gay?" Some more exploration of the powers of the horns would've been well appreciated. Overall a mess only saved by the acting, more so a 2.5/5 but I'll round up.
One of the best movies I've watched on here in a while, super under rated.
