doesn’t break boundaries or anything but it’s a really solid home invasion flick, definitely of the subgenres upper echelons
This is THE home invasion movie.
Fantastic horror thriller. The actors are great, the environment is amazing, and the threat of violence is constant and anxiety inducing.
Hush (2016) totally got under my skin in the best way. As a horror addict and a regular mom who usually watches scary movies while folding laundry, this one had me holding my breath instead. The silence made everything ten times creepier — I kept glancing at my own windows like some masked guy might be out there. It’s simple, tense, and smart enough to make you double-check the locks before bed — a solid 4 skulls from me.
Heard about it back in the day, holds up decently.
