so good I've seen it 4 times. all three are good. i can't wait for the one about the 90s

Informative and entertaining. Great commentary and behind the scenes information on low budget 80s classics. If you’re miffed about “political commentary” then you must have forgotten what it was like to live through the 80s and the satanic panic. It is more a commentary on censorship and its effects on movie making, and the redeeming force that was the VHS industry. No one is shoving political beliefs down anyone’s throat, and yes, the Christian majority was allowed to make decisions for everyone else. It is history, not an editorial. If you don’t want people to make disparaging remarks about your religion tomorrow, then don’t use it to oppress people today. It’s a pretty basic concept.

I love this series. But what happened to parts 1 & 2? Huge let down on Shudder’s end.
