This follow up to JU-ON: THE CURSE expands the scary story beyond the haunted house and out into the countryside, where the sister of a real estate agent who tries to sell the Saeki house hides out, hoping to escape the curse’s reach. No dice, however because the curse follows the cursed, and affects anyone who comes into contact with them. Pretty soon peaceful people are committing murders, going insane, or being chased by hordes of Kayakos eager to claim more victims.

Iconic, just simply iconic!
I am happy to have seen this. However it was less effective than the first film. It doesn't have the same impact which is a shame. But I did enjoy it.
I have now completed all four of the films in the Ju on The Grudge & The Curse films and so happy I have! I really loved these and their storyline! Having only seen the Grudge films primarily, when I saw Shudder had all four available I was excited. Great being able to watch them in order and see the storyline play out without a big gap. I have now completed the storyline and soooo happy I did - it didn’t disappoint! If you like foreign horror and have never seen these OG films stick with them, may seem dated but they are well worth it ! Thank you shudder 🙌❤️🔥😈💀
