A cool and tense battle of masculinity, a spiritual dick swinging contest between two dumbasses who think they hold the power. we see christ like allegories with the Young Man, and relationship turmoil between the Husband and Wife. Certainly, this slow burn isn't going to be palatable for mamy horror hounds as it lacks the blood and guts many come to this streaming sight for, its more Criterion than Shudder.
A few years back my film school gave a list of recommended movies, mostly obscure stuff. Knife in the Water was one of them, to my surprise I found it here on Shudder of all places!
