I really enjoyed this one. I liked how it was shot. I would recommend it.
For metalheads and horror fans alike
Less of a movie than an acid trip with full frontal and chainsaws. Mandy is the energy of a heavy metal album cover distilled into 120 minutes of blood drenched revenge fantasy. And cultists. Some movies are unhinged. This film never had a hinge to begin with.
Worth watching for the visuals and soundtrack alone. Some aspects felt a little underdeveloped but overall really really great.
Probably one of the best horror films I've ever seen. I feel like I've literally watched a nightmare unfold before me. There is nothing like "Mandy" and I doubt there will ever be anything like it again. I'm not sure Mandy will ever be matched in its imagining of horror.
