Loved it. Fan of the Creature from the Black Lagoon kind of monster. It was just as much a buddy movie, a la Enemy Mine, as it was a horror flick.
A cross between Creature from the black lagoon , Predator and Onimusha. Deserves a more fleshed out story though , it all felt like one act
pretty damn great for a low budget independent film. The fact that they had to team up while there was a language barrier made it just a little more interesting. The creature was fun as well, paying homage very well to the ole black and whites I'm sure. very easy watch.
It's not bad, but it's reach exceeded it's grasp on a whole bunch of levels. Lower your expectations enough and you might still have a good time.
Fun creature flick
