Saw this movie before it came out on shudder. To me it’s not a horror movie, it feels like in some way a lesson. To always cherish your love ones and remember the good times. This movie will have a special place in my heart. Sometimes you just need to cry.

Not Horror, but still an excellent art film. Reminds me of a skinny puppy video it's an interesting look at bad dreams of a child and how we move through dream space. You can see the influence from Jan Švankmajer as well this reminds me a bit of Něco z Alenky, which would be a great film for studder since the format is now: horror, mystery, sci-fi, cult.

Some really creative ideas that are occasionally executed REALLY well. My biggest problem is that the movie is super bright and I feel like if they made it a bit darker it would have been a much more effective watch. Mid way through the movie I swapped it to Black and White and thought that this immensely improved the mood/atmosphere of the movie and would highly recommend watching it this way.

A gorgeous movie, with an incredible amount of imagination at play in almost every scene. The story gets a little lost, but as a vehicle for the director's vision, it's pretty awesome.

This was a lovely movie. It does have horror aspects, the horror comes from the fears of the child, an exploration of mental illness and relationship struggles. Visually it is beautiful and plays with surrealism in a great way.
