Christie has been having terrifying nightmares ever since her father drowned. When her boyfriend sees a sinister hooded figure in the town's mortuary, a series of bizarre and terrible circumstances begin to occur. Christie will soon discover the ghastly truth behind her father's death, but in doing so, she may not live to see the morning.

Good early eighties horror film, with a touch of the strange that does not ruin suspension of disbelief. The final twist was a bonafide jump scare. Distinguished from the slasher craze although it isn't too difficult to figure out the villain halfway through.
