Had potential, but not well executed. The main two conflicts of the movie both ended up kind of fizzling out and there is no decent ending. Felt like two halfway done movies stitched together.

This could have been great. But it was ultimately a lot of tension without any real pay off. The tensions of the film were never fully fleshed out, leaving the viewer feeling confused and robbed of their time.

Excellent film. Very peculiar, with high suspense and body horror elements. Best way to describe: like The Fly meets Vanilla Sky meets American Psycho. Great performances (especially the protagonist), and really beautifully shot. Great soundtrack too, with a notable track from Khruangbin. 10/10, though don't watch with headphones.
