Masterpiece
Perfect.
I'm really enjoying Carolyn Bracken's work, and this is my favorite so far. The editing was sublime, and the bizarre rarity of the story was intriguing, but maybe not enough for a rewatch anytime soon. Recommended viewing for aficionados.
I REALLY liked this one. It was unique and actually kinda creepy. It was no masterpiece, but it was 100% worth the watch and I'd watch it again.
What accent is that? Irish? More like *I WISH* I saw this movie sooner. This isn’t a movie where you wanna sit there and deep think it. On a visual level it’s lovely. The creepy wooden scarecrow thingy. The hobo with a googly eyeball. The women are stupidly beautiful it’s like dude I’d tolerate a place where all these beautiful women are just hanging out talking funny carrying around massive creepy dolls. I don’t see that ever getting old. Where I live I’ve never seen a spooky psychic shoppe it would have to be ADA accessible per legal statutes. That place the blind chick was running looked like 1 random wheelchair turn taken too sharply away from being turned into a massive insurance claim. Wish the bunny made a bigger role.
