Opera
Directed by Dario Argento
A stalker torments an opera star by forcing her to watch her friends being murdered in one of giallo horror god Dario Argento’s most terrifying films. When young operetta Betty is thrust into a leading role in Verdi’s Macbeth, she’s unprepared for the carnage that’s going to be unleashed. Soon enough she’s being stalked by a black-gloved killer who loves tieing Betty up and taping needles around her eyes so she - and by extension us - are forced to watch the vicious slayings. The great Brian Eno and Goblin’s Claudio Simonetti composed the stellar score.

one of the movies that made me a horror fan
The film is alright and decent but after about an hour in to the film, it begins to feel too long. I lost interest at the 50 minute mark.
spilling over with oozing love all over this movie , sassy as rhat mah sound
Top-notch giallo and one of Argento's masterpieces. Although if he thinks he can convince anybody that Opera doesn't owe a HUGE debt to Gaston Leroux, bro is delusional.
Truly underrated giallo(?) by Argento. Inventive, original and full blown sensory blast.
