Confusing at first with a really out of place death note reference, but it makes a lot more sense as the movie goes on. The set design adds a lot if you are paying attention too. The acting and characters don't seem believable until you understand the whole story, so don't be put off by it.

This would have made a GREAT episode of "Fringe" but as a movie not so much. It took 30 minutes to get going, then the middle 30-40 were fairly good and then the last 20-30 really just....not so much. Points for Queer Rep, but then minus most of those for their Queer characters being monstrous humans. I guess thanks for tryin.
