Hot. Trash.
Thanks, I hate it.
Honestly I really enjoyed this one for its originality. Great to get more black actors in horror that aren't throw away characters. The main character is unique and I like that. The story explores grief, family, poverty etc. Only reason for 4 stars is that the story felt a little loose at times and could have been tightened up. Other than that - great movie!
Heartbreaking. Still, I have to appreciate a movie set in the hood that doesn't come off as forced and fake. Great acting, and real.
a contemporary adaptation of frankenstein that is both heartbreaking and horrific
