This sick sequel follows a fan of the first film who tries to make a bigger centipede. After his nagging mother pushes him to the breaking point, security guard Martin sets out to one-up - errrr - make that one-hundred-up the doctor from HUMAN CENTIPEDE. But that's not the sickest, most depraved thing in the film, which was summarily banned in England, much to director Tom Six's delight. Contains strong language, violence and gore.

Very Gory! And woow it is better than the 1st one :/
This was a lot gorier than the first film. However, the acting and storyline were worse. Simply the idea that a heavily asthmatic, seriously ill, morbidly obese small man could knock out all those people and then carry their unconscious bodies in and out of his vehicle is ridiculous. He would be hardly able to move a bag of cement, let alone people. The whole concept doesn't work on this one, purely based on the main character's health problems and unrealistic ability to overcome those and single-handedly kidnap that many people.
This is horrific
They should have just stopped with the first one in my personal opinion
