Just a rip off of Freddy krueger .. thats meet the eye.
Not bad, but not great. Some interesting shots here and there, and the bartender character was pretty entertaining, but it was very overstated. The only thing this short film really left me thinking is how the heck can I get John Carpenter to score my short films???
Short film but still felt way too long. Nothing special.
I just don't get it...i never rag on short films because i am make them myself as well and i know how difficult it all can be, but my god you actually got John Carpenter to write music for your short and to actually appear in it and this was the best you could do?...If this were my film i'd be so embarrassed...i wouldnt even show my closest friends it never mind have it stream-able to the world... :/ Im sorry guys i really am but other than the awesome music and a few cool shots nothing in this film worked. And the only 80's slasher thing about this was the music and a few of the shots lol.
Great soundtrack. Surreal vibe and to the point. Like a black lodge 80s slasher that doesn't drag on. Good times!
