Watched this for the first time a few years ago on another site. Wasn't terribly impressed at the time, but I have thought of it every time I've rented a place since. I guess it was successful in getting under my skin to an extent, so props.
I really liked this movie. Reminds me of another. Don't remember the name.
Dave Franco did a phenomenal job with this. Second time seeing it, and I still love it. Dan Stevens never disappoints. Although I knew what was going to happen, this go round, the first time watching it was even better, because of the slasher twists towards the end. Nicely paced, great eerie/creepy vibes throughout, a nice amount of gore sprinkled in at the end, and the best part was the pup survives. Definitely an unnerving premise.
