I wasn't sure if this was going to take a supernatural angle or more of a delusional one, instead it's just a very human psychological horror story and it was all the better for it. The performances are intense, Jenny is creepy as all hell, and the apathy and laziness of the care home staff was probably the most frightening thing of all.
John Lithgow is a great villain. I'd watch any movie when he's the main piece of----!
A great psychological horror. A great story too. Although I'm not sure who the real protagonist is, John Lithgow or the staff of the nursing home.
Really good!
Wow, this was an unexpected treasure. I wouldn't call this "horror". . . it was more of a window into how society treats the elderly when they can no longer care for themselves and the family isn't around or can't (or won't) care for them. I found this incredibly sad and yes, confusing. . . which I think is the point.
