rubbish. no original thought. bad acting and script. Just looked like a cheap film from the 70s/80s but with nothing clever in addition. Good music, but again not particularly original sounding.

Definitely doesn't take itself too seriously. Characters are silly but not unpleasant. The Kills are entertaining. A cheesy fun film clearly made with passion. With a title like that i knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed.

Nice but silly homage to 70's horror/slasher. The quirky characters are enjoyable, and the late-70's art direction is pretty darned good with only a few anachronisms here and there. It succeeds in establishing a believable community, not unlike Haddonfield, Illinois, which helps the viewer settle in and connect with the story a bit. It does not pretend to break new ground and is happy to exist as a fun tribute to a classic period of horror cinema. This will go into my annual Halloween season playlist.
