well this is actually very close to the real Brothers Grimm version of Cinderella. The one step sister "fixes" her toes, while the other "fixes" the rest. I think people forget how dark the o. g Cinderella really is. I was going to pass on this movie, but I'm glad I didn't!
It was slow for sure, but that eyelash scene. . . hoo-boy.
Effective body horror in a fun fairytale package. Pretty good!
Slow, boring, and not as grotesque as i was led to believe. They should have made her a psycho that was going around killing her competition so she could get the prince. That would have been more entertaining than tapeworms and amputated toes
Holy shit - I had no clue body dysmorphia by proxy existed until this movie. Supremely fucked up and morbidly hilarious at some points. The Grimm brothers would be proud to have inspired such a masterpiece.
