Okay
This is the best one in a while. The second film hits a wall but it redeems itself.
All of the VHS movies are bad, but this was one of the better ones. I would give it 2. 5 skulls, but obviously can't do that, so 3 skulls it is. Several of the mini tapes were laughably bad, but the others were not too shabby.
Pretty entertaining, some better than others
2/6 By far the worst instalment of the series, some good concepts, but poorly executed. The standout tapes were "Fur Babies" by Christian Long & Justin Long and "Stowaway" by Kate Siegel & Mike Flanagan. It's like were back watching the Nightmare on Elm Street sequels, when plot and character development took a backseat to "cool" visuals and effects. Which would be fine, except these films used to manage both aspects. Suspension of disbelief is one thing but aspects of these shorts don't make sense within the context of the overall theme of the series. What happened to making an effort?
