A hard hitting early 80s thriller that pulls no punches about the daily grind of vice cops, prostitutes and criminals on the gritty and grimy streets of L.A. Solid performances from its cast especially Wing Hauser who steals every scene he's in as a psycho sadist pimp high on the list of the police's most wanted.
