Enjoyable journey to logical areas to explore the question ‘why horror?’. It seeks to prove there isn’t just one answer. For someone who has been a fan of the genre most of my life it is nostalgic and validating. Worth a watch (over a good morning cup of coffee)
Decent to have on in the background while I wasn't really paying attention. I've seen better documentaries on horror though.
Not worth a watch. It didn't bring anything new. Touches only the surface. It's great maybe for people who's not really into the genre, but for horror fans which I assume all Shudder subscribers are, it's not worth it.
