Better than twilight that’s for sure. I wasn’t expecting it on shudder but I’m not really complaining? It has horror elements, not to mention supernatural elements. For those complaining? Get over it. It’s a good watch and unique. Honestly I haven’t seen a supernatural show that I’ve enjoyed in years. So thankful I found this masterpiece. Also regarding the behind the scenes snippets? It doesn’t bother me that much honestly, some people were complaining about spoilers however it didn’t spoil the show for me in any different way than trailers for movies and other shows do. It’s actually quite inspiring. Would I prefer to have them separate? Yes but I don’t mind it enough to be upset about it. I also love the diversity, it isn’t bluntly in your face like most shows do. This show deserves more love and I will die on that hill.
Anyone that compares this to twilight is delusion & should actually go watch twilight. It’s nothing like it, this series is amazing & so magical. It makes you want to keep watching which is what I had to do.

the other reviews are right. this is twilight but somehow actually worse. maybe the books are better. anyway, goodbye shudder, waste of money even before the price increase. its been... disappointing.
Intriguing worldbuilding, but that's about it. Ended up plagued with technical issues from weirdly silent audio to missing episodes that don't seem to be the streaming service's fault. Not a recommendation from me, sadly. I really did want to like it during season one but the main characters fell flat. Also second some opinions that this isn't really an appropriate genre show for this service - just because something includes 'monsters' doesn't mean it's automatically horror
