I love this series.. The second season was definitely better than the first. Can’t wait to start watching season three. I love horror anthologies. I’ve watched tales from the crypt all episodes, cabinet of curiosities by George Romero, tales from the dark side- series and movie, The Twilight Zone-old and new versions..
S1:E4 (2). (Lydia Lane) Very thin plot. Well-cast. Wouldn't the elevator have a security monitor? THe glass shard effect is very tacky but I guess it has to be accepted in a budget production. Music good.
It’s a very good show with a good budget judging on the special affects BUT some seasons my Sony tv will not let me watch it just blocks me out and gose to season one and it looks like I’m not the only one! With so many people who obviously watch shudder you should have enough money to correct this problem I mean you don’t hear this happening on max so come on let’s put our big streaming pants on and join the big boys table
I've been saving Season 4 until now (there is so much great stuff to stream!)... The two main female leads in 'Twenty Minutes with Cassandra' are such talented actresses', but the story towards the end become confusing and muddled. That said, this series is one of the best available currently for horror fans in the anthology format and delivers.
S1:E1. (1) Gray Matter. Excellent. Especially Adrienne Barbeau as Dixie. Great monster. Though what caused the transformation we don't know (or I didn't get it). (2) The House of the Dead. Good concept. It was a bit forced that Elvie doesn't communicate with the parents.
