Watched it first as a kid… frightened to death! Even now it carries itself
Honestly, wtf was that?! Lol I get that it may have been scary when it first came out. But yikes… that was pretty shite. The only scary thing about this movie was the rotten food in the kitchen. Not sure if the acting was terrible or just the way the movie was put together. The final girl ending made me giggle. Personal opinion, watch something else…

Top 3 horror films ever imo. Utterly fantastic practical effects, unmatched existential horror and perfect use of scarcity in showing the cenobites. I really have nothing negative to say about this film.
