Two amateur ghost-hunters explore a haunted hotel in the days before it closes. Director Ti West's spooky follow up to THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL takes place in New England's most famously frightening hotel, which soon will shut its doors for good. Determined to uncover paranormal proof, hotel employees Clair and Luke begin an investigation of their own. But when odd guests check in, the pair start to experience strange and alarming events that may ultimately cause them to end up mere footnotes in the hotel's long, unexplained history. Contains strong language, sexual scenes, violence and gore.

i really wanted to like this movie but for the most part i thought it was a little boring. i found myself paying more attention to the beautiful building itself rather than the plot. it started to become a little exciting in the last half hour and at that point i thought something was going to happen. it did not. its a no from me :)

I really liked the characters and setting in this movie but it was sooooo slow! Barely any scares or action. It doesnt really ramp up until the end. Also why did Lee say there were three ghosts and then we never saw them?

Within the first ten minutes I thought this is going to be crappy then by the last ten minutes I couldn’t believe it got worst

the absolute dumbest thing ive ever watched. Terrible acting, terrible plot line, not scary at all, no explanation and a pointless ending
